Socialization in our breeding is, among other things, everyday life, cat-human exchange of feelings and emotions. Creating or using real-life situations to build positive relationships between kittens and people. Socialization is about building kittens' trust in people by showing kittens how they are protected, respected and properly treated in everyday situations. In this case, consistency, self-control, knowledge and experience are extremely important.
Does it matter? Well, the time when the kittens are in breeding cannot be turned back. Between 4 and 9 weeks of kittens life, irreversible changes take place in their heads, and the foundations for future behavior are built. Properly guided kittens (with an emphasis on the individual approach of the breeder to each kitten from the litter) may lead a carefree life in their dream home in the future.
How does it work in practice?
In addition to "group activities"; interactions in the capital city with children and adults, we arrange meetings alone with the cat-> breeder. It means that the kitten and the breeder spend a certain time in one room, play and "talk". Thanks to this procedure, the breeder can catch the individual features and predispositions of the cat.
Sometimes a kitten needs to correct certain behaviors and the next weeks are focused on working with a given cat in order to emphasize positive features or minimize negative ones. Socializing kittens is a wonderful job, but also time-consuming and emotional, requiring patience, regularity and consistency.
